Several Breast Enhancement Exercises

Lie flat down on your stomach and assume a similar push up stance, with your back straight and arms evenly spread on the floor. To begin, do three sets of fifteen push ups and then increase the reps as you begin to develop more strength.

If you are unable to do a regular push up, start by doing a modified push up with your knees bent. An alternative to doing push ups on the floor are wall-ups.

Stand about two feet from the wall and then put your hands on the wall at chest level. Lean in toward the wall bending your elbows, keeping your back straight. Complete the same amount of reps for regular push ups.
